A graduate of the Great Harrington Sound School under the Late Edna Mae Scott and her team of fantastic teachers including the notable Sherilyn Burgess, Mrs. Matthews, Phillip Perinchief, Cleveland Critchlow and many more, Rick ultimately read Law at the prestigious University of Buckingham and did the Bar Vocational Course at the Inns of Court School of Law. He was called to the bar of England & Wales and is member of the Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn.

Whilst practicing in the UK for a number of years, he taught Equity & Trust to students on the CPE programme, Undergrads on the LL.B (Hons) programme as well as those undertaking the Masters’ Degree level on a part-time basis at the University of Westminster in London.

Later he taught Criminal Law and the Law of Torts at the University of Buckingham. There were a few Bermudian who benefited under his tutelage.

Rick practiced in the areas of Immigration & Asylum, International Human Rights, Employment, Landlord & Tenant, Shipping Litigation including Demurrage Disputes, Trust Litigation, Family Law and Crime.

Having established a trans-jurisdictional practice, he was called to the Bermuda Bar in 2002 and flew back and forth between his native Bermuda and the UK. He ultimately returned home in December 2005.

Kevin read Law at the world famous University of London, London School of Economics & Political Science and completed his Bar Final Courses at Hugh Wooden Law School, University of the West Indies, St. Augustine, Trinidad, West Indies. He was called to the Bar of Barbados and Bermuda in 1998 and is a member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn.

Kevin is general practitioner but focuses in the areas of Company, Contract, Corporate, Conveyancing, Entertainment, Family, Immigration, Landlord & Tenant, Trust, Wills & Estates, Civil and Criminal Litigation.
