Our History
The Name PLC was chosen at the suggestion of our co-founder the Late and certainly not forgotten Julian E.S.P. Hall. With Gordon Rick Woolridge Jr. at the helm, PLC was on its way. Unfortunately expected illness fell on both heads of chambers and God Chose to call our dear Julian home after a life of vast contribution to all walks of life in this community.

Our Future

PLC will live on as the baton is passed from generation to generation of Counsel who shall take their respective places within the midst of our members. Our commitment to the raising of future generations of rising stars is second to none. Our environment is not for the faint of heart for to whom much is given, much is expected.
